Cancellations

If you need to arrange another appointment time we ask that you give the Soho team 24 hours notice. Less notice will incur a 50% charge. Credit Card details are taken at the time of making an appointment as confirmation of your understanding of our policy. 

Group Bookings

The team at Soho love having new and existing clients enter their space that consists of elegance, glamour with a twist of New York entering their walls. So that the Soho therapists and stylists can pamper you and your friends, we advise that a deposit will be required upon booking. For all group appointments we ask that you allow one week notice to us if this cannot be retained. Anything less will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.
